I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

In a few hours my ragged cat destroyed carpet was patched professionally! Pablo called back right away when I left a message and set clear expectations on how he priced and scheduled work. Took my 3 grown kids for lunch today. Food was delicious- so fresh and the portions were huge! Service was great as usual. It was nice that due to Covid the restaurant was quieter. I realize I didn’t notice the voice calling out the orders over the intercom today. Maybe they have done away with that. I hope so. It was very loud and annoying especially if you sat under the speaker. 5 stars today.

Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous!
