Dealing with this dealer for few years. Always received a royal treatment from all the staff. Very knowledgeable service advisors have always explained everything in details and suggested possible solutions. Sales manager went waaay out of his expected duties to accommodate my requests even realizing that he will not make a sale. Great crew, highly recomended.

I called ahead to find a new windshield for my F150 and picked it up the next day for 1/3 of the price of a new one. Very happy! I was also referred to an installer with good service. Repeat customer!

The boys at Fixauto really came through for me.... I brought them my highly modified Jeep after a wreck. Things were complicated because of my existing mods but they slogged through and brought me back to whole again.
On top of that, my Jeep was deatailed inside and out when I picked it up !!

I purchased my dream vehicle here. I was impressed from the start that Steve Macdonald had the vehicle up front and running, ready for a test drive, no long delays. A reasonable trade in offer given in short time, also. Listened well and addressed all requests given. Bob Partington also presented in short time a banking plan and exceptional warranty offer. The detailing on the vehicle made it that much nicer on pickup. Cindy from service also was kind. These people are honest and trustworthy.

So far my experience with Mike's has been great!
I wish they had more self service options on-line though, would have saved them some annoying phone calls if I could find the info online via a website or Yellow Pages.

This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!
