I went to Steve's Discount auto yesterday for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner who was knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to rip me off. The price I was told on the phone was the price I paid. I will definitely go back. It's nice to find a garage you can trust.

The driver's window on my 2000 Jetta fell into the door recently.
After doing some research and calling a few shops, I stumbled across these guys via Google, and they met me at my office the next day and repaired it in the driveway!
Really friendly, will definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of glass service in the future.

I bought a used Honda Pilot from Elite Auto Wholesalers. The owner was fantastic. The whole transaction was problem-free. There was no pressure, and I got exactly what was advertised. In this day of corrupt used car dealers, it was great to be looked after so well by these guys. When I took the car for an independent vehicle inspection, two mechanics told me that this dealership had a reputation for being trustworthy. And they were correct. I strongly recommend these guys.

I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I had been experiencing issues with my BMW 328I for a couple of years. It was to the point that I was ready to sell it after repeated visits to a number of mechanics in the area who could not diagnose or fix the problems. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
