My vehicle needed some TLC after 140,000 km of being a work truck. These fine folks made short work of a major problem for me. The service here is fantastic from the Service manager to the advisor to the mechanics. Great job all! It was much appreciated.

The fantastic staff really know their accessories. I really love the cold air intake i purchased for my mustang. They never tried to oversell to me which i appreciated as well as the awesome prices. Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

I have used this facility many times! And on a black truck, the bays are clean, the pressure is great, everything works! And believe me! That’s a bonus in Red Deer! No water spots! And reasonable pricing! The couple times I have used the drive through I was surprised by the cheap cost as most in Red Deer are more expensive for a less than sufficient wash! Hats off to a great car wash in Red Deer finally! And I am fussy and like my stuff clean! Thanks guys!
