I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.
