We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware Lire plus

We've used Bob Thomas & his family for our Landscaping materials and excavating work for many years now. They're always friendly to deal with and have provided us with great topsoil that they make themselves, bark mulch, sand and gravel. With a number of Bobcat 's, Backhoe 's and Dump trucks in their fleet, moving the landscape materials around has never been a problem. No Load to Big or Small is what they provide, you may have seen some of their trucks around with the big "Get a load of this!" signs on them in Richmond, Vancouver or S. Delta! If you need some great topsoil, bark mulch, sand or gravel delivered &/or moved around, give Bob, Jeff or Sharon a call as we're sure you won't be disappointed! Lire plus

This little gem of a nursery is located in Vancouver's Southlands and is owned by local gardening celebrity Thomas Hobbs. If there is a more exotic plant or variety that you are looking for as an addition to your garden this is the place to go and get it. The whole place feels lush and for a smaller space they pack in amazing plants that are all of high quality. The staff can sometimes be intimidating to the beginning gardener and this is not the place to go bargain shopping. That said the garden accents and accessories that the do carry are beautiful and of the highest quality. Southlands is definitely a must see for any gardener! Lire plus

I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week. Lire plus
