We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

Their customer service is incredible. We thought our windshield was leaking allowing water into the car but when they took it apart they found handfuls of evergreen needles plugging the drain holes, which caused the rainwater to rise and flow into the heater core. Service tech cleaned it up and never charged us for his time! We highly recommend Insta-Glass!!!

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. 24 hour turnaround for my 1948 MG TC 3rd member. Extracted the remaining piece of my broken axle, cleaned it in his high pressure (hot water) oven and replaced the two bearings. These guys know what there doing and, for me, under promised and over delivered. Would use them again.
