Thank you! We called and left a message and got a call back right away. We booked the service for next day. They guys arrived on time and offered advise on issues they saw with flooring safety. We had our eaves cleaned and got a quote on a kitchen renovation and the rest of the work we want. The team was polite and friendly. Magnifique lieu. L'architecture est assez impressionnante et la vue sur Ottawa et la colline parlementaire vaut le détour. Impatient de découvrir le 3eme etage et l'histoire du Canada. Les salles sur les tradictions des peuples autochtones sont vraiment réussies. Ca manque un peu d'explications malgré tout. Expo temporaire sur le hockey très sympa. Le film es par contre très banal. Mais cela fait du bien de faire une pause après avoir marché longtemps.

Agree with other reviewer..all negative review may be faked by one person. Based on my positive experiences, i would want to know other side of the story and full details before believing negative reviews and customers atritudes. Im not a big a regular customer but I have shopped here for 12yrs.Sometimes go for advice,they treat me wonderfully,exact same as when buying items. I too bought trees, one died a yr later, showed photo and they gave me full refund as they no lomger carried same tree.

I would not hesitate to recommend this business to my friends and family. The work done at my residence was more than expected. They are extremely professional, they listen to the customers wants, make suggestions. They are excessively knowlegable of their products, they respect the time schedule (weather permitting). Numerous people neighbours have walked up to examine my porch and pathway and had nothing but praise.

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job, showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time. They got to work right away and trimmed the 60' maple in the front yard, part of which overhung the roof. The job consisted of cutting limbs, trimming branches, pruning the dead wood, and raising the canopy. Once the job was finished they cleaned up the yard so completey you'd never knew they were there. As well Pat has an excellent eye for shaping
We couldn't be happier with the work.

Leilak Anderson was recommended to us for work at our cottage in the Gatineau Hills; we were told he was the Quebec tree-climbing champion. What a crew! I was totally impressed as I watched these guys work together to take down a huge tree that was leaning over our cottage.
I would highly recommend this company if you want a certified and fully insured professional team to protect your property. And considering Leilak is an internationally acclaimed arborist, we were surprised at the competitiveness of his prices.
