I have been dealing with Art Knapp South Surrey for over 15 years. Spent thousands on plants, trees, toys, clothes, hot tub and smoker. The team at Art Knapp are awesome. Always willing to help, product experts on staff and overall good value. You can shop around a try to find things cheaper but the expertise and quality of service here is second to none. Of particular note is the hot tub team lead by Ken Grant. I bought my hot tub there 8 years ago and still enjoy it multiple times a week.

My wife and I were looking to generate a better view for the our property in an effort to sell it. Adam consulted with us on the best approach and recommend doing less work... which of course reduced his fees but did make us a happier customer! I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. I appreciate Darren's oversight to ensure that we were happy and that the work was done right. His work is excellent value!

I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

Nigel came to view what needed to be done, quoted a reasonable price and stated a time when he would do the work. He arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job of removing the old cherry tree trunks and trimmed the chestnut tree. He and his assistant cleaned up my yard and my neighbors yard where one trunk had fallen. I highly recommend Arboright Tree Service. Boom! Dropped the mike!

We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.
