Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.

Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.

The lady that I spoke for the booking of my move was so helpful, she explained to me of what I should expect on moving day and helped me choose the right size of boxes and how to pack some fragile items. Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.
