I had several tree's large an small that needed to be trim or removed. Adam came out had a look devised a good plan quoted it explained option to both my wife and i about the different options. Arrived promptly a couple days later and efficiently completed the work. The price quoted was what I paid and it was pleasant experience getting the work done. It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. I reached out to ABC rentals to get pricing on renting china, cutlery and incidentals for my daughters baby shower I spoke with Carrie who was very helpful. I called other stores to compare prices and without a doubt ABC was the most reasonable. I was also so impressed with Carrie’s customer service that I went with ABC. I went to the store and choose my items and added a few surprises. I left the store feeling very good with my decision

I called Cambridge Garden Ctr yesterday asking for delivery of a cubic yard of garden soil. It was delivered by 10 am this morning!
Aries, the gentleman that delivered the soil maneuvered the truck boom around the tree limbs and to the upper level of our front yard to put the bag of soil exactly where I directed. I am delighted with the professionalism and service! This will save me moving all that soil up a grade by wheelbarrow.

Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
