Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!

Love the atmosphere of the studio. It is a small studio that has a wide range of classes from vigorous to more meditative. I would recommend to a friend!

Bob is an amazing photographer.
Absolutely everything was perfect.
He is so organized, his expertise really shows in how he takes his pictures.
He did our engagement and wedding photos and everything about him and that day was amazing.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically.
