I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!
