We have hired Rokkon on for 2 jobs over the past 2 years. Customer service was bang on, they showed up when they said they would and left a minimal footprint. Roy was able to provide a clear understandable estimate and actually saved us some money through his suggestions. I would and will be hiring them again-they stand by their work. Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice.

I've been a patient at this office for over 15 years and just have to say how much I appreciate these dentists. My husband who was not a patient before but is certainly going back after such great care, was in extreme pain. Not only did they accommodate my husband on short notice- both dr Kmet & dr Morris actually worked through their lunch to fit him in. I would absolutely recommend any of the dentists to my friends & family.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Very happy with Rogers! Debbie S.

I wish to draw attention to a young man (I believe his name is Johnny) who works at the gas station on Ellice & Wall. He is one of the nicest young men (very friendly and helpful). It is a pleasure to deal with him. I always fill my gas tank at that station and find that all the people working the pumps are friendly and nice, but Johnny is the best.

My mom needed medication & there was so much confusion with the doctor going back & forth with myself, your pharmacy dept & the doctor, the last delivery was gone for the day.
We finally got everything straightened out however , no delivery avail.
Your pharmacist delivered the available meds to my mom on her own time!!! After work... this is AMAZING service
