We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. I took my Honda CR-V here after being quoted $200–$300 elsewhere for work I wasn’t sure I needed. Scott’s Auto checked everything thoroughly and told me the belt and car were in good shape — no upselling, no scare tactics.
This is exactly what you want from an independent mechanic: honest advice, fair treatment, and real inspections instead of just replacing parts. Highly recommend.
