I wish that my local health clinic was more like this vet! Friendly, knowledgable staff, the vets are very professional and supportive. Theyhave stayed behind after hours to talk with me when I had questions, and will call you the day after a visit or surgery to make sure you and your pet are doing ok. They also do a lot of work with VOKRA and other rescue societies, to me this tells me that they are compassionate and not in it just for the money.
It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for! I highly reccomend Dr. Burstyn and his team to anyone who wants the best for their pet!

We were very happy with the service and competitive rates we received from A+B.They have a huge selection at their 4th and Manitoba show room. Dan Sebal was fantastic to deal with and he had tons of helpful suggestions for our reception. It was great to be able to get everything in one place.

Tried Willowbrook Spas & 72nd & 200th. Not very clean and not liked the look after nails done, had to reshape a couple to my liking again after I left. Searched and found this one on line. Go try them out. Lovely ladies, very friendly and I had the Gel fill with cats eye colour. They look fabulous, shape was great and I really loved the look. Place was also spotlessly clean.
Will now make this my go to nail bar.

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

After a recommended combination of treatments, my cellulite has totally disappeared!
the staff is very professional, courteous and, most importantly, HONEST!
I also got laser for my under arms and legs. Their laser is the best! after 4 treatments, I hardly have to shave - though I still more treatments to go for the full effect.
I always wanted to do these kinds of treatments but was so scared they wouldn't work or that I would be taken advantage of, I'm so glad I chose this establishment!

Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
