A friend and I went to this amazing store yesterday for a smudging sage stick and feather but there were so many nice things there that my friend spent 200.00 and since thier prices are so good I'm going back today to buy some things that I love!! I phoned this store in the evening, because my dogs were out of food, and I needed to know what time they closed. The manager informed me he was closing right now. When I informed him of the situation, he told me he would stay open an extra half an hour to accommodate me. I rushed down, and was able to get my dog food. This store will have my business for as long as I live in the lower mainland!

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.

My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.
