This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. I love a good neighbourhood store. This shop has a huge selection of just about anything you could want. We have bought scores of shoes, winter boots and most recently I picked up a gorgeous pair of moccassins for my daughter - the kind of surprise where we buy them together and put them away for Christmas!
