I just had my windshield replaced and the service was Excellent. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. They had my Jeep finished in less time than expected. I left happy especially when I noticed my car had been cleaned and vacuumed. This is my place for any of my Glass needs.

I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. AJ Towing was fabulous, which helped in a stressful situation. The operator arrived quickly after my call, and had out of an intersection within 2 minutes after getting there. The car was quickly taken to the mechanic. Best of all was the friendly and helpful demeanour of the operator. (I wish I got his name!). Thanks, AJ!
