shop was recommended by a friend who said to go there for tires. they have good used tires n they warranty them for 30 days and offer a free mechanical inspection as well. turns out i needed some suspension work done on my car. not only did i go ahead and got the tires done but got the suspension done too. New mechanic just started working there was very polite and gave me step by step info, the shop offered me a 20% discount which is a lot when you are lucky to have a job now at day! thanks!!

PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

I just moved to Edmonton and needed to get my carpet cleaned at the house I moved into. Both my real estate agent and home inspector recommended Steamxpress, so I opted to try them. I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my website inquiry, but they called to confirm in advance of my appointment. After the cleaning was done, I received a call from the office to confirm everything went well and was asked a few survey questions. Wow ,this shop is a 10 star facility ! I took my truck there after phoneing all the other amature spring shops in Edmonton .From the lady handling the calls at the front desk ,to the guys in the back that make it all happen, and to Johnny himself ! My truck a 2001 ram diesel had a set of rear leafs installed in record time ,even with a Bigfoot truck camper in the box.Im a autobody mechanic 35 years and I know that the job is only as good as the guy working on it .This shop Rocks!
