I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I will ensure that all of my vehicles are serviced at this location, moving forward.

A year ago, I purchased my very first vehicle from here. And I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! They spent an entire day helping me find the best deals, and even brought a vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted from the South Side!They are always doing everything that they can to make sure that I leave happy after maintenance! they were friendly, accomodating, and went way beyond what was required to ensure that i had a good experience. They called to inform me when my insurance rental coverage reached its maximum and the manager called to thank me for using their service the day after i rented the car. they answered all of my questions and there were no hidden charges or surprises along the way. i would come back to this rental service any time. they were amazing. i recomend them to anyone!

Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!
