Lovely staff, no actual lease , month to month. Moved our dad her yesterday and nothing but positive!!! Food is good and ordered from a menu, towels and sheets provided and laundered alone with many activities.

I had to have a package delivered from one end of the city to another. But I also had to pay with debit. Most parcel delivery companies do not take debit. The dispatcher at this place was super polite and helpful. He found one of his taxi drivers to do the delivery.
I have never talked to a taxi dispatcher as polite and friendly as this guy.

I went into Saint John Nissan to look for a new car. A very friendly, and outgoing lady met me at the door with a huge smile! Her name is Karen, and she is wonderful to deal with! If you are looking for a vehicle, she is the one to see! I had been to other dealerships before, and noone even came over to talk to me. Karen offered me a coffee right away, and took the time to find out what I needed in a vehicle. I ended up getting a used Murano. And we LOVE IT!!! I didn't even know they had used cars!
Go see her! She is GREAT!!!

I think the title of the review says it all, or almost. What a treat this place is! There can't be more than a dozen tables inside, with a couple more outside, and there were plenty of folks already enjoying the atmosphere when I arrived for a light lunch.
On arrival you are greeted with GENUINE smiles from the courteous staff who obviously love working here, and a free small sample of tea. My sample was Lapsang Souchong... a bit too smokey for my taste, but interesting none the less.
I ordered one of the lunch specials, Moroccan chicken and couscous soup, an egg salad sandwich, and from the rather extensive tea menu I chose the Assam Borengajuli tea. What can I say? It was lovely; a nice, light lunch, delicious soup (although I did have to add a bit of pepper for taste) and an excellent egg salad sandwich. I don't think I've ever considered an egg salad sandwich to be "refreshing" before, but this one was! It wasn't really anything special but it was good. Nice light whole-wheat bread, some nice crispy iceberg lettuce and egg salad that wasn't overpowered by the mayonnaise... or whatever was used. It was perfect!
And the tea, well... I had never heard of "Assam Borengajuli" before, but I'll be danged if it isn't my new favorite! Absolutely delicious tea.
For no particular reason, the word "genteel" springs to mind... A very nice experience over all, and I'm sure I will return. I'd recommend it to anyone.
