With the ravages of climate change we improved our ability to enjoy our back seating area with a beautiful retractable awning. Best investment in energy saving for our house as well saves us from the reflective heat from our gravel driveway which prevented us from enjoying sitting outside until late in the evening. Now we enjoy our outside patio all day everyday. Was like having a 25 year old instant shade tree. Thank you Shutters and Shade for fantastic sales, service and follow up. You rock.

This is BY FAR the best business I've gone to for laser hair removal. The service is great, and the results are even more impressive. I've had laser hair removal in Prince George, Terrace, and with Smooth Effects in Vernon and Kelowna. Hands-down, they were the most cost effective and had the best results. Without a doubt, the laser machines that use cryogen to cool the skin are the most effective for my hair removal. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Keep up the great work Smooth Effects!!!

We had two trees cleaned up and the shaped, and when the two men left, there wasn’t even sawdust remaining on the ground. They left our yard exactly how it was when they arrived.

Well what can isay Kim is amazing. I had my hair done for my husbands christmas party dec 2016 my hair was beautiful i felt like i was on cloud nine. Wouldn't trust my best friends with anyone else! Liz is amazing at what she does. The dogs are always excited to see her, and always leave very happy! The 1:1 care always means a soothing experience for the dogs; they never leave stressed. The cute little boutique that she has added has been very helpful! One stop shopping! Great taste! This groomer is highly recommended! Wouldn't change a thing.

P.S. You have to try the Nail Polish for dogs! It's a definite final touch!

GREAT PIZZA! GREAT NEW RESTURANT!
Saturday night my wife and I had dinner at Twisted Tomato’s new location in Kelowna. We enjoyed the restaurant at its, Nelson BC location and are happy that they chose Kelowna for there new location.
The new location did not disappoint, the food was perfect (probably the best pizza I’ve ever had). The staff is full of kind, polite, hard working ‘pretty people’ eager to make everything perfect.
I’m sure this new location will have the same if not better success then its sister location in Nelson
