I like this restaurant. Going there for a long time. You can watch the chef cooking in an open kitchen. Unfortunately, this also causes lots of cooking smell when you eat inside. Never ate anything which I did not like here. Servers are always friendly.

Akasaka has a lot going for it. The location is great - it's in a heritage home and has a nice patio during the warmer months. The food is always really well done. They can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you want a nice evening out.

This restaurant has all the key elements to good dining! I go here almost every week because we appreciate the service and the quality of the food. Even the chef is willing to lend a hand at serving the food at peak times. My favorite would be Malaysian menu! Excellent dish to have for lunch coupled with a chicken-corn soup to start. The lunch specials are great too! Pork and beans is my pick (yes it tastes better than it sounds). Overall its an excellent restaurant and well balanced! Give it a try! Happy Dining!

This is the best restaurant in Vancouver, its a must stop...They have won numberous awards and for a reason...
There customer service and food is amazing..The staff are friendly and very helpful....You don't have to be a vegetarian or vegan to just enjoy everything they have to offer...The staff are so helpful and kind...
The owners should be very proud of themselves, you have a great place great staff and the best food ever!!! Just want to say Thank You for BUDDAFUL

I typically just go for pho or noodle/rice dish at a Vietnamese restaurant. I came here with a party of 8 and was pleasantly surprised of other dinner options available. We preordered several dishes including crab, oxtail, lamb popsicles, braised fatty pork with eggs in clay pot. We started with a shredded chicken salad, spring roll and shrimp rolls and in chit. The daily dessert option was creme brûlée. It frankly all tasty very good but a bit greasy so ok once in awhile. The service was ok.

If you like a good donair you should try the Donair Hut! The food is fresh, and the meat all slowly cooked to perfection. Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Falafels. He also makes excellent noodle and rice bowls. All the ingredients are fresh, and made daily. He makes the best hummus and tatziki! I also really enjoy the contemporary spin on the basic donair as he puts together some yummy combinations. I've never had a bad meal, and the owner is a really kind and friendly man! I bet you'll have a new favourite too!
