I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

One of the most professional dry cleaning businesses around. On two separate occasions, One Hour Cleaners have cleaned stains that I thought would never come out. They removed the stains without leaving any other markings on the fabric, whether it was silk or nylon blends they understand how to treat each fabric. Dr. Rea and his team were fantastic start to finish. I had an extensive upper and lower jaw surgery to fix a narrow palette/twisted cross bite. The results have been amazing, and every dentist/orthodontist I have been to since has commented on how good the results have been. He and his staff were professional, kind, and helpful to me and my partner who had to look after me. Highly recommend.
