We take our 24 year old cat to Susan's and they do an excellent job of trimming her claws quickly without a fuss from the cat. If you knew our cat, you would understand just how amazing this feat is. I strongly recommend this groomer to any and everyone with any type of pet.

The Manager was the personification of courtesy & extremely friendly. The clothing is exquisite. I have a number of contact allergies & find hemp & bamboo even more comfortable than soft cotton - all of which were available in various styles & most sizes. What's not to like?

I own an English Mastiff who is very wary of strangers. I had to leave town on a last minute business trip and Laura was able to accommodate all of my needs on short notice.
