What a beautiful store! The moment I walked into this pharmacy it was so bright and clean... very welcoming! There are so many beautiful things on the shelves! Staff so very kind..excellent customer service! I will definitely go back there and give them my business!

I recently had a vehicle breakdown on Highway 11 southbound. I deal with Canadian Tire Auto Club and they contacted Utopia Towing to service my situation. The gentleman that responded was great. He was very helpful and understanding as I am partially disabled and could not climb into his truck. A fellow employee came out to lend assistance. All in all these two gentlemen were very helpful and professional. They are great ambassadors for their company.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the staff at this Tim Hortons. I left my wallet at this location and they not only kept the wallet safe but tried to contact me to let me know. I offered a cash reward to the one young lady at the counter but she refused to accept. The staff here have always been courteous and friendly each time I have visited this location even when extremely busy. Excellent and honest staff

Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

We went 48 hours without water. Something went wrong in our water well. Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed! Thank you Plumbing Pros for going above and beyond the call of duty to help someone in need!!

She did an absolutely exceptional job cleaning my home and I look forward to having her here again. Not sure what the other guy is talking about. This store probably has the most dedicated and knowledgeable staff in Ontario to say the least. Most folks I talk to in this industry would agree. They also have no problem competing with MEC prices, which happens to be just 5 minutes away.

Best place to get your hair done! I will not go anywhere else to get my hair cut! She is amazing at what she does, and makes you feel very comfortable! I have moved out of the Alliston area, but I still make an hour trip to go see Charlene whenever I need my hair done. She is the best!
