We have used Blue Moon at least five times now and have to say that the service has been exceptional.
The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.
We will be life long users of this company.

It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. We recently had the exterior of our house painted by B&R. The job was completed promptly. The quality of the work was terrific. The team cleaned up their materials and equipment each day.

In a few hours my ragged cat destroyed carpet was patched professionally! Pablo called back right away when I left a message and set clear expectations on how he priced and scheduled work. Pablo was able to repair my damage within 10 days. Pablo was 100% committed to do my repair when he came so it was helpful that we did our homework first and realized the value of Pablo's on premises quote. Advice to others: and get used to the idea that this type of repair will cost more than you think.

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.
