I was impressed with the friendly service, it seemed very busy and one teller was getting yelled at but kept a smile on her face and continued to be very helpful, atleast as far as I can tell. The teller that helped me was very nice. I stopped banking at the other bank and started here!

I was skeptical about switching pharmacies when I moved in to this neighbourhood. I decided to do so based on convenience, and I am happy I did. All of the staff are knowledgeable and informative. They are kind and always genuine. They are fast and always have my priscriptions ready for pick up. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. They go above and beyond for all their patients and I am grateful for their service and care.

Guys, let me just get straight to the point.
Great people can transform any experience.
In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me.
They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John.
John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me.
Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more.
I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily.
Do banks get reviews like this often? I don't know, but I know what I feel and my experience, and I felt compelled to share.
