I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful! Lire plus

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again. Lire plus

I would not buy my tires anywhere else. Karl tire price match, so you know you are getting the best price and their service is as good as it gets. I have had two recent experiences where Travis has saved me money, first I had torn the sidewalk of my tire and thought I’d have to replace it. Travis looked at it and said that it was fine. $180 saved there. Secondly, I’ve had trouble with my ABS. The guys diagnosed the fault for me free of charge. A1 service. Lire plus
