Classes at Floboxing are a mix of bootcamp and boxing. Kim always changes the classes so that you never have the same workout twice. I am 60 years old and have a bad shoulder and there is always modifications and Kim keeps a close watch on you.
Kim is tough but a very gentle soul. I would recommend Floboxing to anyone. Give a class a try, you will not be disappointed.

Forestview is a fabulous place for retirement living. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food home cooked and delicious and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. A real family style atmosphere.

We make our way to Port Perry every second Saturday winter or summer especially to have lunch at Fran's. By far the best burger and fries anywhere. She peels her own potatoes on-site and grills on an open flame. Not to mention that she's totally pet friendly and does her part on recycling. Best Saturday lunch around.
