We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!

Laura is a gem, and I am so grateful to have her amazing services and expert knowledge. The selection of products and food is by far, the best, I’ve seen in the surrounding area. My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

I got my hair done with Alicia this week. She was amazing (again, since I have gone to her before:). I left with an awesome pixy cut and she suggested getting a new colour which I love! I left with some business cards but will have to get some more from her because I gave them away the next day to 3 people who complimented my new hairdo! I have also seen Vange & Heather for my hair and Hilary & Alexis in Esthetics and they are all great!

Great store, love the atmosphere! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Don't mind spending the extra 2 bucks on some items (although their prices are actually better than big box stores!)

While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress.
