Stopped in to have an exhaust flex pipe fixed on my 2004 Audi A4.
Left my car and they called to inform me of the estimate - told them to go ahead - vehicle was ready when they said. Car required custom piping and welding. All repairs were carried out and new pipes, resonators installed. Cost was probably half of what an Audi dealer would have charged. Excellent service by Ken and his team. Thanks again.

Joined this company for almost 7 years. Feel like family. office staff, leader, guides are all very nice and professional. they might be $100 or $200 more than other companies. but they provide better hotels (most of them are 5*), better meals. I wish could join them again after this pandemic!!

just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

When I came across Peter, at Mapleview, he explained to me why I was having difficulties getting my insurance coverage.He then contacted my insurance and once he found out were the problem was, he contacted my family doctor and rectified the situation. My husband is in pain, but I explained that I could not get to the pharmacy for 2 days due to car problems. Delivery was free to Innisfil.Thx Peter.

I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them.
