Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

The reason we have not been able to visit recently has been because we have lost our car and cannot get there. Although we have wanted to spend some weekends at the Highland but we have found out that there is no bus service to Midland from Toronto! What a real pity. The Innes
