Due to allergies had to rush removal of carpet. Friend referred us here. Gave best price for install of product I had selected. Didn't want to wait for shipping so checked out their laminate in-stock. Found one better price, rating, warranty and I loved it. They worked with us to fit us in ASAP. Have been to the store for two different issues and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Although recently they were unable to fix my phone, I was able to purchase a phone for a very reasonable price. They were able to cut and shave my SIM card to fit the phone, which enabled me to keep my previous plan with Public Mobile. If I had to change providers I would be paying a lot more for that plan. They also retrieved my information and set everything up for me on the new phone.

Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.
