Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. So I tore my favorite pair of rip-stop cargo work/hiking/everyday pants. Realized I had 3 other pairs that just needed hemming, I said what the heck. Marie provided speedy, double-stitched repairs and called the day after a holiday to say they were ready. No hesitation in recommending this service.

I have been eating at the RoseBowl Restaurant since I was a little girl. The food is always good and the service is great. The RoseBowl has this amazing ability to keep their servers and cooks a long time. The food always tastes the same and you always have a pleasant interaction with your server. The restaurant has been in the business and owned by the same family for more than 40 years that says something to me. In the last couple of years they have added a lunch smorgasbord and salad bar. Reasonable prices for a great quick lunch. some of my fav dishes are Chinese Style Chow Mein, Chicken wings, Garlic and Bean Sauce Boneless pork, Ginger Beef, Almond Chicken.
