The Tied House Pub is a great place for fresh, local brewed beer. Here you can get beer with taste. Each draught brew has its own character and is quite distinctive from the others on tap. If you have never had good beer before I would recommend a few visits to the pub to try various beers - perhaps a couple of half pints each time. Have some soup and a sandwich and prepare to taste beer and not just wet air.

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .
