We've gone through 3 tenants already and they helped screen responsible tenants each time and respond to our tenant's need promptly. Most importantly, good communication with us as we are out of town and can't attend to our properties anymore. We intent to use them again for our other property in SW Calgary.

I have needed some extra help with projects this summer. 1st I had an interior door that needed replaced. I brought them the old door and they exact matched the hinge notches so I just had to screw it back in, no problem. Also needed some deck repair. They gave some advice and I was able to repair my deck for $32 instead of $1180 that a contractor quoted. Ya I was happy.
