I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. I can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. We had Brad and Patrick install a new tub and surround. They took care of every detail. Protected our floors from any debris and did a very thorough clean up job all the way along. Brad is very easy to talk to and nothing is too challenging for him to tackle - thanks guys

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.
