The entire staff are amazing, veterinarians included. This is a ten star clinic! On a recent visit, during the pandemic, our dog was treated with love, with respect and what is more, with the utmost professional care and attention. Go back? in a flash!

Can't say enough great things about this place. I came in with a lot of back and neck pain, and after just a few treatments, I'm 90% better! Dr. Mackay is very thorough, and Katherine at the front desk is lovely. Highly recommended!

Here we are in COVID felt like this was the best time to take care of my bunion working at home anyway. On my first visit was greeted by a really professional receptionist and then taken into the room the podiatrist spent close to an hour explaining everything I knew this was it. I finally found the professional. Surgery was incredible from start to finish. Robyn is absolutely unbelievable Lily so helpful they make a TEAM in the real sense of the word. All I can say is thank you thank you.

I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for over 2 years. I have been a very difficult patient (switching from invisalign to braces due to lack of personal discipline). I've been smoking for many years. I didn't think I had a problem until I went for a physical. My smoking was beginning to affect my breathing. I was told I had to quite smoking I never noticed the smoke stench that hung over me or the discolouration of my fingers and teeth over the years. Never noticed the change and I guess people close to me didn't have the heart to tell me the obvious. I tried everything under the sun but I just couldn't kick the habit. It got so bad smoking was the first thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night. At one point I just gave up. Then a few months ago a colleague of mine recommended this place, said his mom went there for physiotherapy after her second hip replacement surgery and they were really good. I made the call that changed my life. If your serious about quitting, this place is worth every penny.

She is a very nice person and made me feel really comfortable speaking about the results that I expected from a breast augmentation surgery. She made it really clear about what to expect and what not to expect. I am now 8 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results. It was really a life changing experience for me!
