My boyfriend and I got off the plane, went here because it was recommened to us and they had room available at a decent cost...not only did they have a room which we could afford, but they upgraded to an apartment-style hotel (with a full kitchen) for no extra charge! Thank you. We loved our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is trying to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciate! The hotel puts a hold on your credit card just to ensure that you don't smoke in your room or steal towels (:-P), but it was uplifted as soon as we checked out.

I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal
