I personally haven’t met anyone in this world on the first day with such a positive spirt as Christine and Peter at Heart lake Access Storage. They make sure to always deliver excellent customer service while being friendly and available in every situation you can think of as a customer. Good job guys, keep doing what you are doing and your hard work will certainly pay off in an unexpected way one day. Hands down, this is the best store you can ever think of and I recommend them 100%❤️

Excellent customer service. After speaking with management they adjusted and compensated me for being misquoted. In addition, they offered to fix a door at my house that for my husband failed to repair. The property management loved them! Finding a company you can trust with your personal belongings is not an easy thing, thank you Cabbies!

Highly recommend Magical Movers to take care of your move quickly and professionally. All our stuff was handled with care and all arrived exactly as it should. They take the time to wrap all the furniture and put down runners in the house to prevent damage. Jason was very clear with all the terms and pricing. We will use Magical Movers again in the future. I originally passed on J & J having read of one person's bad experience, however when the company with whom I had alternatively arranged to move a small load of furnishings from Toronto to Vancouver advised me - on they day they were scheduled to arrive - they had a two week delay due to a truck stuck in Montreal and a pick up as planned would involved storage at an extra fee I was desperate and under severe time constraints.
I contacted J & J and can say that from the initial point of contact with Cindy to final delivery everything was superior in customer service, pricing and timing. Within 24 hours of my call they arrived with a truck to pick up the goods enabling me to meet the move out date. When the movers arrived, Alfred was courteous and professional - easily moving a large sofa from 2nd floor with no damage to the premises alleviating my concerns as the original furniture movers damaged the wall when I first got the sofa. My antique pieces were shrink and blanket wrapped and the transportation to Vancouver was done in less than a week! Their price was the best I was quoted and every call I made was returned by Cindy in a professional and timely manner. I regret not contracting them in the first place and would highly recommend their company. For any future moves of furnishings do yourself a favour and check them out.
