We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. We as customers need to take the time to recognize the people who put in the hard work to make our lives easier. Thank you Barb!
