Absolutely amazing craftsmanship, everything is to the next level. Chris wasn't happy letting me take my car home until it was perfect in his eyes. I took my 69 Mustang in to them for body work and paint and the team at Reaction Motorsports treated it like it was one of their prized show ponies. My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!

They were absolutely amazing in customer service, time to complete our repairs and going above and beyond. The car was cleaned and the work was thorough. From start to finish I would recommend this shop for all your body work, and I have been to a few but never like this.

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.
