In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. NataLee performed 4 deep cleaning and root planning sessions. No pain, no discomfort, and surprisingly relaxing. Dr. Christa Favot performed what was considered complicated extractions of 2 extremely impaled root fragments, 3 wisdom teeth , and 2 molars. Following surgery there was absolutely no pain and not even a hint of swelling. In fact I went to my daughter’s school barbeque that same evening and stopped taking pain killers the day after surgery.
