In a world where trades people often treat you as if they are doing you some huge favor by taking your hard earned cash it was refreshing to find a company that took the time to actually answer the phone in the evening and respond thoroughly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Not only that, our poster quality was excellent and the employee showed great customer service. They were very approachable and understanding. We stayed in this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have booked another week this year as well.
It is a little tired but beautiful . A real tropical feeling in the atrium rooms that overlook the pool. Restaurant food was just ok and very over priced. Snack machines were great for off hours. Pool deck could have been monitored for cleanliness nightly, and with just a quick pick up of wet towels, and garbage as well as a quick mop would have made it so much more inviting. when the Security and desk clerk are sitting with nothing to do.
But overall we loved it and would recommend it for sure.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.
