Ive been a patient when I was pregnant with my third child and have since sustained a concussion. I never feel like Im just a number and am treated with respect, care and emphathy. The Shoppers drug mart is west Vancouver's park royal mall is my favorite shoppers of them all. They have the most friendly and helpful customer care. I was recently helped by a very friendly woman who worked in the cosmetic department named Tina, who not only gave me her undivided attention, she answered all my questions about make-up and showed me demonstrations by applying the make-up on me, when I hadn't even bought a thing yet. She also showed me the sales, instead of shoving the most expensive products in my shopping basket and bankrupting me like typical beautician. I left a very happy customer, and now thats the place I'll go when I have questions about cosmetics! Lire plus
