I contacted James from Redecopp Security after a terrible experience I had with a previous locksmith company. James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house. A very efficient and reliable company. James is very attentive to detail and even cleaned up before leaving. Amazing service and quality work. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays.
