Despite poor reviews in the past, my experience with a glasses adjustment at FYI was quite pleasant. I received a warm greeting the moment I walked in, had the necessary adjustment in a quick and friendly manner, and was out the door within 4 minutes, free of charge. I have taken my puppy to training classes since she was 10 weeks old and Kelcey is AWESOME! I wasn't planning on doing training, but I'm so happy with how Kelcey teaches me and my stubborn/intelligent puppy! I would highly recommend her as a dog trainer! - Also, they have pretty good sales regularly on gear/toys/treats.
