Goldies pizza is different then your usual pizza place. It is distinguished by the pizza itself. When you buy a slice (or a whole pizza) you don't end up with a huge bready crust, Goldies is served rustic style... on thin crust. It's seriously the best pizza I have tasted in town. I prefer the mushroom pizza the most. YOu can see all the slices Goldies offers through their display window right off of Pender street, or you can go inside, sit at the bar, and order a beer while you they heat up your slice! I really liked the atmosphere. The owner, Michael, is a classy guy. He treats everyone with respect who walks in the door. They are also becoming more tech savy, and are adding their listings to Foursquare, and twitter. I checked into foursquare at goldies pizza, and got a dollar off their draft beer. Its a nice place! I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

It's an unique program to involve parents & children learning together at the preschool level. Learning through play (especially outdoor in the woods) is the highlight for my child. I attend parent education workshops that constantly help and guide me in my parenting at home and in the preschool. Easter Egg hunt is so much fun - we found this wonderful place through this community event led by the alumni parents! Thanks Ms. Lynda for guiding my child to be creative, confident & active!

I went to Hollys today. Recently had my hair highlighted at a different salon. My whole head looked canary yellow. Not what I wanted. Came to see Paige and she put proper highlights in and it looks perfect. She treated my damaged yellow hair with care and gave me a great cut. The staffs friendly and professional. The price is reasonable for the north shore. Paige is lovely and easy to talk to. Definitely coming here again.

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal
